Team Dynamics


​Nobodaddy Farm’s Team Horse Sense™ experience offers customized workshops and retreats for intact or informal work teams. Through a series of hands-on exercises with our horses and the "team", participants focus on increasing their awareness of limiting – and liberating – thoughts and behaviors while building better communication and teaming skills.  Participants learn firsthand the power of being able to coordinate effective actions with others, a skill that is more important now than ever before. Our horses and ponies are the perfect practice partners and teachers if you want to raise the bar and step to the next level.

Coaching & Leading


​Leaders and coaches today need places to practice and experiment with proven strategies to handle and address the unpredictable, uncertain, complex and often ambiguous nature of the systems in which they and their clients are expected to work. These strategies are best understood and absorbed via active learning approaches—the specialty of Team Horse Sense™ ​. Leaders and coaches undertake activities and challenges that produce deep understanding and insight, and they are able to practice the  new learning immediately. Combined with practice in community, our participants leave with firsthand experience of being a vital and contributing leader and coach. 

Life Lessons

These sessions with Team Horse Sense™ are geared towards members of youth groups and teams. We also welcome educators seeking a rich learning experience for their students. The focus of the session is usually on building the basic skill set for teamwork and leading including problem-solving, efficiently managing and calibrating energy, effective communications, and problem solving. Processes are similar to those offered to professional groups, but adapted to focus on the fundamentals of teamwork and leadership. We can also create sessions to help satisfy an assignment or earn a badge.
​We work with you to create an affordable experience to meet the specific needs of the person or team attending a session with us. Our pricing includes a pre-session meeting to establish the objectives and the areas of focus; the session: in general, these are conducted during a 3 - 5 hours block of time, followed up by a future conversation to debrief the day. Please contact us to discuss your vision and get a quote.
