 Experience Team Horse Sense™

Create Enduring Memories

At a Nobodaddy Farm Experience with Team Horse Sense™, you can count on setting aside your usual ways of working and operating outside your element as you face new situations that require fresh ways of thinking and responding to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Experience firsthand, both as an individuals and as a member of a team, what it is like to generate and manage energy appropriate to a given situation.
  • Expand your capacity to recognize and respond effectively to an immediate situation with new and innovative non-verbal communications
  • Receive instant feedback when you are engaging in unproductive behaviors and tendencies coupled with the opportunity to practice alternative actions that produce positive and successful results.

What to Expect

Programs tailored to your needs. Our programs are designed to bring to the surface the dynamics currently at play, and then use that information to focus on your growth areas. Guided and experiential learning activities with these majestic animals offer you numerous opportunities to learn about yourself and others. Prior to the equine-assisted learning session, a prep meeting takes place to determine where best to focus our time and efforts to design a learning experience customized to meet the needs of the team and individuals.

On-the-spot feedback and transformational coaching. During the session, you will experience the immediate impact of those unproductive assumptions you carry with you everyday. Real-time coaching will spotlight the ways your present behavior, thinking and strategies can actually create obstacles, and provide you with observations, feedback, and introduce achievable steps to success. You get to immediately apply what you are learning, modifying your actions leading to the successful completion of the activity. We always aim to end on a good note.

Breakthroughs in Learning. Past participants consistently report learning these three lessons:
  • How body language really does play an important role in communication, and the influence it has on the outcome.
  • How failure can lead to new ideas or strategies as well as the emergence of new leadership.
  • How thinking outside the box and being resourceful can produce pivotal moments that generate memorable breakthroughs and accomplishments

What to Bring and Other FAQs

Participants are asked to bring their full selves to the Team Horse Sense™ Experience. Come with an open mind and heart – and a willingness to have fun and participate at your chosen level of comfort.  You don't have to ride horses, touch them, or even like horses for them to teach you and for you to learn from them.

For your safety and comfort in our outdoor setting, please wear jeans or other slacks of sturdy fabric, hard shoes or boots (not sneakers) and outerwear appropriate to the season's temperatures. Sunscreen is also recommended to have on hand if the work take us outdoors.

Be assured that your safety is our top priority. Throughout every Team Horse Sense™ session, we will be be briefing you and providing the guidelines of how to work safely and interact respectfully with our horses.

Our sessions take place in a lounge area (heated, if necessary) with a viewing window onto the learning arena and a small kitchen. A restroom is also on site. The indoor learning arena is large (70'x170') with large sliding windows inviting the beauty and influence of the outside world to come in on mild days, and overhead, radiant heat for the colder days. Going outside to work in the round pen or outdoor ring are also options.

Our season begins in late March and usually winds down in late November/early December,

The Farm is located 4 miles from Hershey, PA and multiple options for lodging are available in the immediate area. There is plentiful space for enjoying a snack or bag lunch.  Or contact us about catering options.
